I was trying to get my 65" tv repaired under warranty, and I received conflicting information that cost me several weeks in the repair process. First, we setup the repair, and then they said they were just waiting for a screen to arrive. Then, they stated that they did not have enough credit to order the part. Then, they said that they had the ordered cancelled on them, which was not the case. They took 2 weeks to state they couldn't do it. They have set me back several weeks, instead of just telling me they couldn't do it up front. |
