Appliance Repair by L & B Appliance Repair in Lawrenceville, Georgia

This is the company my warranty company assigned my claim to. They came out said a part needed to be ordered and that was basically the last time I heard from them. Ive been calling daily. One the rare occasion someone answered they said the part hadnt been delivered but I checked the tracking, it had been. Dont waste your time, energy or money on this company.

This company is the most unreliable incompetent company I have had to work with. Our warranty company dispatched them and the service tech that came was literally slower than a baby learning how to crawl. Not only that, we've been waiting over a month to get out repair done. The warranty company called them and they blatantly lied and claimed they called us and left us a message to schedule the repairs when in fact we are the ones that have tried repeatedly to contact them and never get anything other than a voicemail with no return call. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid them at all costs. Learn how to answer the phone if you actually want a functional company.
