Appliance Repair by Patriot Pros in Castle Rock, Colorado

This is a tough review, as I had good interactions with Patriot Pros in the past. Chad was very professional and knowledgeable. And did a great job. And I wish I could only give him 5 stars as Patriot Pros wasn't all that great to work with. They blamed me for a late time on not calling back even though I called back 20 minutes later, at 8:30, and talked to a different person that told me I was next. The tech showed up around 1pm. Chad, great and I am giving 5 stars for him. Patriot Pros, not so great, and I likely won't call them again. And none of this includes me still waiting for a call back on a drain problem that I requested weeks ago and haven't heard from them yet.

Had my girlfriend take last friday off to get an estimate to get water to my fridge. No call untill 3pm. They couldnt show because of weather . The roads were fine. I was offered a 100 discount on service. Fast forward to today. My brother had to be there because we cant take another day off They show up this am in 6 inches of snow to give an estimate. clearly thos was not the issue last friday I get quoted 2200 to run a line 5 feet. Or some other way at 900 no breakdown. i also got home to my crawl space cover off and the hardwood sheets broken off. This is ridiculous. An absolute waste of my time. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give this team 6 stars I would. I can't even describe how grateful I am for their hard work, dedication, knowledge and passion to do the job the right way every time. From the entire team, techs, to dispatch, leadership, accounting and ownership, they knock it out of the park with exceptional customer service, and value of service of ALL of their trades.
