Well..... it was a technician and no repair was done. So.... we have been without water for 5 days. Because the tank was cracked and the water would gush out, so the water and gas had to be turned off. |

He called his manager and said that Sears was going to give me a new machine and that he put a rush on it because I could not go to a launder mat due to being handicapped. He told me someone would call me withing the next 24-48 hours. When we didn't receive a hone call my daughter called Sears. She was told we may get a call by Friday. The repairman had been here on Monday. Sure glad Sears is rushing, I don't want to think how long it would be if they weren't rushing... |
