| Adriana Vazquez | Geek squad in Florida City is HORRIBLE. I had one of the worst experience with them. My iPhone screen simply went black and had to replace the screen. The first thing the guy I believe his name was Danny said to me “maybe you should go through your insurance first” well how do you think I got the appointment at your establishment? I most definitely went thru my insurance and apple as well. Then you tell me “I don't know why apple sent you here?” Not only weren't you able to fix my device but your reasons for it were pretty unreasonable. My screen wasn't working I can't see the screen at all and you tell me you can't help because I am unable to accept a request to delete find my iPhone app? The whole point on this appointment is to fix my broken phone WITH A BROKEN SCREEN, my insurance and apple sent me to you. I drove an 1hr 30 mins for you to tell me sorry there is nothing wrong can do go to apple? When I asked you to contact apple you tell me you have no way of contacting them? How do you work for company and get even represent them correctly. How is it possible that Geek squad has no official number for apple? He literally was on customer service chatting with apple. I just don't get it. I wasted my entire day for him to tell me “sorry, go to apple.” Did I Mention apple and my insurance sent me to you guys? I will never recommend anyone going to you. Just go to apple where they send everyone else. Don't waste your time. |
| Mario Leon | Huge wait time just to have someone show up 7 days later and inform us we had to wait another 4 more days for parts to repair a deforting problem with a refrigerator. They have limited 3rd party contractors working our area, and making the wait times incredibly long. |
