First of all, do NOT use this guy!!!! He was prompt coming for initial service call, this was on a Wednesday afternoon. After calling me with a price, he needed deposit for anything over 100. This was Friday Early afternoon. He needed a check, they don't use credit cards. He came to my house to pickup check. He said he ordered parts before he came to house. Told me parts should be in Wednesday, 6 days after he said he ordered parts. I have called him for the last 5 days....finally answered my call. It has been 5.5 WEEKS since I've heard from him. He tells me today he doesn't have the parts. He never ordered them, he said sometimes parts take longer.....really? 5 weeks? I now have to find somebody else to do my repair. He said he's sending my money back. He cashed my check in a hurry then no show. If I don't get it next week, he goes to small claims court. This guy is a crook, stay away

Called for service on a Whirlpool washing machine. Technician came out the next day. He spent about a 1/2 hour on the machine and then informed us he had made a couple adjustments that might make the machine work properly. He said it might be a circuit board and he would contact Whirlpool technical support in the morning for some advice. He also said he would get a price on a replacement circuit board and call us with what he found out. He never called us back. We called and left a message but no one ever called back. It was interesting that the technian asked for 75 for the service call and asked that I make it out to him personally. It appears he cashed the check immediately one his way back to the shop. I would avoid this company.
