We didn't even know if it was covered under warranty and Tom gave us the info we needed to find out. Turns out it was but Dyson mistakenly told us we had to either send the cleaner to them or go to Ohio from Buffalo NY for repair. Tom then told us how to correct that information, and Tom had it fixed the same day. We have multiple pets and he knew we were desperate. All under warranty with only the charge for cleaning which it surely needed. Runs like a champ again! We wouldn't go anywhere else! |
