| Angela green | We also used this company through a warranty repair with Lowe's for our dryer. I had also read through the reviews, and wasn't expecting much. Boy was I wrong! We called Lowe's service on Monday and had a fixed dryer by Wednesday afternoon. We were called prior to the arrival and they had great customer service and had our dryer up and running in 20 minutes. We will certainly use them for appliance repair in the future!!! |

After reading reviews I was worried, but after today's service the reviews were proven wrong, At least in our experience. Dispatch called day prior to service to confirm time, called morning of to reconfirm, Tech called 20 min. Prior. Joe was patient, knowledgeable, and just a great personality. Drum needed replacing, work all done in one day, dryer is back up and running. Even when warranty expires, I will call this place again. Great Work. |
