Nan Harvey | I called these people because the ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator wasn't working. I was told they could schedule something almost a month later though I was expecting company in a week and needed it. I ended up having the guy come out no email or phone call follow up, he ordered a part which came again with no notice that I had even ordered it. I did get a call to schedule the repairman to come and install it but when he came it turned out to be the wrong part. He ordered the correct one and again, it just turned up at my door - no communication from this company at all. I again got a phone call to schedule the repairman to come out but never got a receipt or verification of the work done, warranty paperwork, nothing. Now the ice maker isn't working again 6 months later but the only warranty is 90 days - which I found out by tracking down the charge from my credit card company and calling them in Texas! Besides being incredibly frustrated with Samsung I would never work with these people again or recommend them to anybody. When I explained that to the call operator she basically said "No worries"!! |
