Nobody called the day before to verify the appointment. I called the morning of the appointment to verify 10 AM to 1 PM. "Sure no problem we will be there don't worry about it". Nobody showed up. I called the office at 4:00 PM and they did not know anything. Eventual Somebody gave me a call back and apologized. Apology not accepted when you have take the day off of work and wait all day for a worker who doesn't show up. So typical in the repair industry. |
