Appliance Repair by Agren in Auburn, Maine

Today I purchased a new mattress from Tim at Agren in auburn. Tim was very knowledgeable about the mattress and spent the time to make sure I understood what I was buying...then I brought the wife back and Tim did it all over again. We decided on a Agren Brand mattress, now as for comfort check with me in a few weeks. Lol. But seriously, Tim made this a smooth and enjoyable purchasing experience.

I was in a bind thanks to Sears even though we have an expensive home warranty but Agren swooped in to save the day. Our dishwasher kept failing and after 3 service calls it was still hard to convince Sears to replace it. When they finally agreed they wanted to give us a low quality model. We decided to cash out and buy our own preferred model but then Sears wanted to charge us for installation! Luckily George at Agren was able to find a better model within our budget and arrange installation 4 days sooner! Great customer service, I highly recommend Agren!

I am very pleased with this purchase behinning with Tim in sales and the delivery guys Brandon and Matt. I love the fridge as well. It was the first time I made a major purchase from my living room and if I'm dealing with Agren I wont hesitate to do it again.
