Called St. Croix and he was here within an hour and a half, diagnosed the problem within 10 min and was on his way to fixing it. We had tight windows of availability today and he worked with us to get our dryer working in no time. They will go on speed dial for the next time we need service. Thank you!!!

A 93 year old lady friend of mine had contacted Watson Appliances concerning her refrigerator leaking water on the floor. They sent a tech over to her home who was there less than 10 minutes and had her pay up front 238.45 and stated a tech would come back at a later time to do the work. After 3 times of them not showing up to do the work she called and stated she wanted a refund and to not come to do the work. She was spoken to very rudely over the phone by their representative and was told she would still have to pay 89.95 even though the work was never preformed. Luckily I happened to call her while all this was transpiring. I happen to know quite a bit about refrigeration and realizing the problem I told her that fee was way out of line concerning the issue at hand and suggested she put a stop payment on her check which she did. I googled Stillwater area appliance repair and came across St.Croix Appliance and noted the good reviews it has and suggested that she contacted them which she did. Their tech was at her home promptly the next day and fixed the problem in a matter of 20 minutes. She told me the tech was very polite and nice with her and she was very happy with their service. The total bill was 90.00 which made her very happy. Both she and I agreed that it's nice to know some companies don't take advantage of the elderly! Thank You folks so very much!!
