| J L | DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Very unprofessional and rude staff! They are never open at the time of business hours - 8AM. I needed to pick my vacuum up and got there at 8:20 and they were closed. This happened twice already which tells me they are most likely late often and are not willing to stay open a few minutes later to accommodate for the customer. A good business owner would do that, especially if they are at fault. Very outdated place too. The person who answers the phone, Chris, is rude and is the person who said office hours close promptly at 4 regardless of the time they decide to stroll in. I have already filed a complaint with Consumer Protective Services, the town of New Haven, and BBB about this company. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!! |
