| Roger Wales | Authorized Appliance sent Randy to my house because my ice maker was not ejecting the ice out the dispenser door. I thought it was the auger motor. Randy quickly determined that the auger motor was functioning properly. He saw what the problem was almost immediately. Part of the dispenser draw was broken. Randy was able to repair the broken part and the ice was able to be dispensed as normal. It is nice when a repairman can repair something instead of replacing it. Thank you Randy. |
