Appliance Repair by Express Oil Change & Service Center in Panama City Beach, Florida

I've been to this facility several times. Your experience will depend upon which oil change technician you happen to get as to the quality of experience you'll have. Some technicians really go the extra mile in servicing your car and their positive focused attitude shines through and some technicians merely go through the bare minimum required motions for an approximate 75.00 oil change and tire service and that attitude shows through also. During this visit I experienced the latter. If I experience this again I will simply move on to a new facility.

I brought in my Chevy Equinox and they charged me 60 to hook up the computer and read the issue. I was SUPPOSED to receive a call with a estimate on the prices and they NEVER CALLED, plus I called twice with no answer. I also left with a traction light and check engine light on. When I asked the worker why I'm leaving with more lights on then I came with all he said was "IDK". So on my way back on to IL from Florida my car BROKE DOWN. When I popped the hood I realized that an entire set of wires was UNCONNECTED. I do NOT recommend this place. I saw 7 workers standing around not doing anything. It was a ridiculous experience & I will be contacting them to get the money I paid back. This was unacceptable and they are lazy workers.

Received great customer service from Brian and the team. He made recommendations necessary for my vehicle and worked in a timely manner to get me on my way. Very professional, polite, and even cracked jokes along the way. Everyone was respectful and I'd definitely go back or recommend others pay them a visit. Thanks Brian
