As a manager of a service company myself I was interested in the process. From initial contact they had boots on the ground within 2-3 hours, found the issue which was a bad distribution box. They pumped the tank to keep us up and running and within a couple days returned to replace the distribution box, header lines and jetted the drain field. While it wasn't a project I had anticipated it needed to be done, I won't comment on price as I didn't get a second opinion but I felt they were fair. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. |
