He immediately took the next exit and saw Tunex, went inside to see if they could look at it real quick. The manager Scott could see he was in a bind, made him top priority, got my dad's car in the shop and were able to fix it within an hour! It was like a miracle that he was able to fix it so soon, and was extremely reasonable on the rates. To top off this incredible customer service, they even washed his car. Talk about above and beyond care for customers! My Dad said he made it to his appointment with 10 minutes to spare. Thank you Scott at Tunex!!!! |
