| Kristin Brewer | If I could give this place a zero stars I would! Horrible service! Horrible communication! They had our TV for over a year and a half possibly two years. It took them six months to get the part and said it was the wrong part, so we left there waited for the new part a year later nothing it doesn't work, And no phone call to let us know we once again had to contact them. So instead of picking it up we really wanted our TV fixed so we left It with them longer big mistake! Made a Call tonight to see how the TV was doing since there's no communication and they do not contact us. They did call me back right away THIS TIME and decided to tell me that the TV was picked up. When I know for a fact that TV was not picked up! So I'm going to make the assumption they fix it and resold it, or possibly kept it for themselves. I did hang up on them and did not Continue the conversation, due to the fact he was trying to tell me that they had it documented that we picked up the TV. Once again we did not pick up the TV. Couple thousand dollar TV who knows what they did with it. I would recommend this place to no one!!! |
