I was concerned about leaks and wiring and knew it needed all the connecting hoses, etc. I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to check it out, put it through the cycles. Jill was so nice on the phone, understood what I needed, and scheduled a service call the next day. Shannon arrived on time, brought all the needed hookups and had it up and running in less than an hour. He answered all my questions, showed me where everything was located, what not to do, and things to look for. He could not have been nicer. I will definitely use them again!
