When I dropped it off, as I was leaving Scott made his sales pitch for me to consider a new vacuum. Made many phone calls, excuses, excuses, excuses. Technician was so incompetent, could not even tell me what typewriter ribbon to order for the machine. Scott once said that "he was not responsible for the technicians." DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BRINGING ITEMS TO THIS STORE FOR REPAIR. There are many other more reputable companies available. |
