| Nicole Black | Horrendous customer service experience!!! The service guy came to my house and said he couldn't repair my dishwasher and charged a service call fee. He didn't look at any of my water lines or pull the dishwasher out. He was very nice though and I appreciated that. It ended up being a very simple fix that he could have done. I called in to speak to the supervisor who was incredibly rude!! She was yelling at me without ever letting me explain the situation. The WORST customer service experience I have ever had. In the end they did credit my service fee and I do appreciate that, but please learn to listen and then appropriately respond to customers without yelling at them to tell them they are wrong. There is a right way and a wrong way of handling customer issues and this certainly wasn't the right way. This 1 star review is based solely on my interaction with the supervisor. I was not happy the service man did not investigate further and just made an incorrect assumption, but at least he was friendly. |
