Always Very helpful. I just purchased 2x4's for a remodeling project for my small business. They deliver for free, which is such a huge bonus especially for a single woman. I was told by my contractor that I ordered the wrong size. Nina was very kind and helpful. Clarence delivered the correct size, and picked up the wrong size. I did not have to load them in my van, and return them to the store. Thank you, Thank you! Very blessed to have a local business that treats their customers with compassion and respect.

I had bought a few items to fix my gutter I was told if I did not use the items to bring them back for a refund. I took the gutter it's self back which was almost 30 and did not have my credit card on me that I paid for it with. The lady knew it was a different card I had on me than what I paid with and try to refund me the amount back to a different card knowing it would not work. I was told to come back up there to have the problem fixed and when I showed up I was told there's nothing they can do about it I have to wait until the end of the week to see if my refund will show up in my bank account when they already said it would not because it's not the card i used to pay for the items Now I'm being told their hands are tied and there's nothing they can do about it.
