Appliance Repair by Southern Propane in Chapin, South Carolina

The company came out and serviced our home without a call for service and left a bill on our door. After calling them, we were told that we signed up for auto route filling and the box was check on there copy but the copy we have is clearly not check for auto route. we were never even told or given the option for auto route at the first fill up and was told to contact them if we need more propane. So why did they come out?? Someone at the company has obviously check the box on their copy of the initial service request. The manger was rude and refused to give a contact number for the home office. He even went on to tell me that the box was checked because its cheaper as if it was a money issue. Now we have a bill for service we didn't request. Chapin

Went in to get a gas connector. Bought a really nice AOG grille. The staff was great and extremely helpful. Went back later that day and they went out of their way to help me find a fitting needed for a different job. Easy to work with. Would highly recommend you take a look at what they have on their showroom floor.

You're crazy if you go anyplace else for propane. Good people good prices friendly service and top notch installers..
