They called a day later to set up another appointment, and when I questioned why they didn't show up on the scheduled date, the lady was very rude to me. Once they came to look at our stove, the guy said that he was going to have to order a part. That was a month ago, and after several calls to them and to Lowe's, they have still failed to return my calls. I can't even comprehend how this company is still in business! Zero stars should definitely be an option! |
