| Nini Tran | The first time I went here to get my screen fixed everything was good. When I went the second time, it was a different guy. After getting it fixed again I noticed my vibrate/silent switch was not working right. I took it back and he claimed it wasn't his fault. Also he tried showing me where he did "his work" and that he was no where near working by the switch. He literally took the screen off and showed me the inside. It makes no sense because I was getting a new screen. Not a part fixed. Since I read on the receipt there is a warranty, They than decided to fix it. However, after fixing the switch, I notice my battery is instantly dying quickly. I've only had this phone for less than 6 months so it shouldn't be doing that. Those guys are not careful with your phone. They just want your money and later claim that they didn't do anything wrong with your device if you do notice something weird and clearly didn't remember causing it. Now my phone dies extremely fast after using it for just 30 minutes or less. And it always freezes and will be extremely slow when it gets to low battery. |
