| Maria Hayes | In the past Sears service has been ok, but what a disappointment this is now. DO NOT buy any MAJOR services from Sears. We had a brand new top of the line gas furnace installed by Sears 5 years ago. We discovered a leak about 4 weeks ago. First we had to WAIT until they could get someone to us. Then all they did was take a picture of the leak to send to their manager for approval of some sort, and tried to charge me an extra 00 for taking that photo. Now weeks later all we have heard is that they are denying the claim, and we have more and more water on our floors everyday. It should have a 15 year warrantee and they don't want to fix it. I'm STILL WAITING for a call back from ANYONE to hear what they will do to fix this. DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS! |
