Jessica Chester | So glad we decided to give them a try. The tech came out and gave a true diagnosis and was able to fix everything right then. If anyone is needing an appliance repair I highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable as well. Also showed up on time and completed the repair in a reasonable time. |
Malik Ali | I called Sears on a Thursday and was set up for service for my dryer on Friday between 1-5pm. I race home from work to meet the tech, but he leaves me a voicemail on Friday saying his truck broke down. I called him back but got his FULL voicemail. So I left a text that was also ignored. I was then rescheduled for the following Monday, same window. I race home AGAIN to meet the same tech, but he never called, never arrived. Come to find out, I was rescheduled AGAIN for the next Thursday without my input on the scheduling. Now, I have been inconvenienced TWICE while missing work and I still don't have a working dryer. I called Sears' customer service and was told they could not get a tech to me until Thursday and they COULD NOT waive the 69 service fee. This is very unacceptable!! I wish I could give them a ZERO for this experience!!! |
Brian Ward | Well six months later I get a phone call from a collection agency saying I owed money. Never received a phone call, an email or a piece of mail saying I owed them. The paperwork I had said I had a refund coming back to me. There mistake but I have to pay the price. Will never use Sears again. They absolutely are a useless company and I see why they are slowly going out if business. |
