Appliance Repair by Computer Upgraders in Sumter, South Carolina

My phone got semi-eaten by my sister's dog. The screen was shattered but the phone itself was in good shape. The screen wouldn't even come on. I took it to several places in Sumter and was told about the same thing...it couldn't be fixed or the screen wasn't available for my phone. I went to Computer Upgraders and they looked at it and said they would see if they could get the part and let me know. I think it was 2 days later they called and said they could fix it. I went in and ordered the part and it came in about 4 days later. I dropped my phone off and it was finished that evening. It has been about a week since I got it back and haven't had any problems and it is working fine. If you need a screen repaired, I highly recommend Computer Upgraders.

Very helpful and no price-gouging. "BB Geeks" told us our laptop wasnt worth repairing. Computer Upgraders took it in for diagnostics. Told us it was certainly worth going through for their fee. Got a call from them a week or so later saying it was done and we could pick it up! They discovered a loose screw, found one in their shop and didnt charge us a nickel more! We will definitely go to them next time we need advice or repairs.
