Appliance Repair by Murphy’s Home Services Inc in Destin, Florida

Really did not want to have to write this review, had hoped for a better outcome. After 4 visits over 5 weeks ice maker still not fixed. They replaced the control board and a water level sensor. We had told them initially that the push button on, off clean panel had not been working. That was never replaced... my husband tried to order it after we gave up with Murphy's and was told that part was no longer made/available. We feel like Murphy's was not being honest and that they should have known that some parts were no longer available. 460 in and we are having to buy a new ice maker...

After 4 attempts to fix my A/C from low refrigerant and leaks, each time saying that the job was done, I still had A/C issues and now the unit was whistling. Had a new company come out, they ran a dye through the system to find leaks, something that Murphy's never did, and found out that Murphy's "senior technician" had done a terrible job fixing a part on the unit. The brightly colored spots on the pipe in the picture are where the leaks are under a blacklight.

Employees are considerate and knowledgeable. They also show up when they schedule and don't require a 5 hour window.
