After reading the manual and trouble shooting for two weeks we called to request a replacement well within the typical 30 day purchase period. I was told he cannot do anything but send a repairman, I am concerned that I was sold a defective product and do not want to deal with "lemon" for the next 10 years. It happened years ago at their old location and a couple yrs ago at the new location. I went elsewhere for my purchase.I've been back one time and spoke to the female owner and she was nice. I got what I needed. They are pretty expensive but I like to use hometown places when possible. |
