Appliance Repair by Sears Appliance Repair in Bradford, Pennsylvania

The service maintance man was great .The people at customer service not so much. The original call I made I said repair on riding tractor ,but the service tech received order for push mower. After that order had to be fixed up ,they gave him the wrong address of where to go. I am glad that I had told the tech to call me when he was near our location .

The first technician that came out wasn't sure what was wrong so he guessed. He said if that wasnt it they would take it back and use it toward the other part. He never told me the part would be delivered to my house. The part was delivered to the wrong house and another part had to be ordered. We waited over a month to get our washer fixed. Sears service did nothing to try and help get the situation fixed quickly. They also never gave me a tracking number to track my parts while in transit. The second tech that came out was awesome he did a great job. Sears customer service read from a book and never answered my questions. I paid for more than half the job upfront. And waited forever to get anything done. The management there did nothing to help or even understand my frustrations. Sears service absolutely sucks.
