Communicating with them was for the most part very easy. Trying to get a hold of the company via the phone can be a pain sometimes, there is always a line to talk to someone. The work done looks great. They had to pour concrete and it is actually smooth with no gaps or cracks. We were never without usable plumbing for long, which is much appreciated. The work was explained to us. The only issue I had was the initial quote. It didn't cover all of the pipe that I thought it did. There was some miscommunication at some point. Other than that, great company, great work.

I highly recommend Hoffmann Brothers. They were cheaper than everyone else, got the job done correctly, knowledgeable of what we were dealing with and informing us of all the possibilities. They went above and beyond my expectations after all the mess I had been dealing with. I am so thankful they were able to assist us and would use their services again in a heartbeat.

This was my first time using Hoffmann Brothers. I had seen their trucks around and wanted to give them a try. My Kitchen faucet had started leaking and I needed to replace it. I purchased one and then called to have it installed. The first appointment I could get was in 2 weeks but in fairness I told them I had been able to control the leaking for now and I would wait for the appointment. The plumber showed up right on time at 7 am but then spent the first hour talking to me about things that could be done. I had already called in and added other work fixing my Master Bath Toilet and replacing 3 shut off valves. He presented me with 2 price options but the 2nd one did not include all the work I wanted done so of course I chose 1st one which was more expensive. Once he did start the work everything did get accomplished in a little over 3 1/2 hours. The price seemed a little on the high side but I have not paid for any plumbing work in quite some time. I was not offered any senior discounts and I did not find out about coupons they had until it was too late. All that said I would be open to using them again in the future.
