Rick Guenther | Purchased a new clearance item couch sure my responsibility to look over the item, but common sense would dictate the sales staff to point out flaws!?? Not to mention the warehouse person puts my item on a rusty dolly and on material side directly onto cement in the winter season-so only imagine. I was accommodated by them on a cleaning, but....... Anyway I'm happy so to speak with the purchase/price-& mostly the wife mainly is also. That's what matters. |
Absolute worst customer service ever! Especially the person who works there named Elvia. She has an extremely bad attitude toward customers presumably just the males b/c she figures they're all smitten by her and will put up with her foolishness/rudeness and ask is if she doesn't want to actually deal with you or help you find the product that you are looking for. She will tell you to wait and she will call someone across the store, then 15 minutes later you are still wandering around the store in search of someone to help you at that point I just left; I am not desperate for their cheaply made, mass produced furniture. | |
Elijah Nelson | I normally can't stand furniture stores because there sales men are on you like a hawk and very pushy. But not at furniture row. They come up to you after you have already looked around a bit with a quick check in and then leave you alone which is so helpful and makes the shopping experience enjoyable and peaceful. Loved my experience! |
