| Michelle Mayfield | We were happy with this place until today. We've bought a mattress set, a desk, a stove and fridge so we've spent at least 4000 never been late once in the year and a half we've had an account here and recently bought a couch which was supposed to be delivered today. The stove and fridge we bought in March when we bought our home and was delivered to the new address. The delivery driver called at 3 to tell us he went to our old address that we haven't lived at since March and keep in mind they've delivered to our new address since then. We had to reschedule for late next week due to work schedules. Delivery driver claimed he couldn't deliver to our house and return to the store in two hours. We think he just didn't want to bother with it today. His goof not ours so now we have to wait almost an additional week. But you can bet when the payment is due they wouldn't be too understanding if we made them wait a couple of weeks. As soon as everything is paid off we will be shopping elsewhere. The previous manager was really great but this new guy not so much. |
