The second technician performed the right diagnosis and ordered the correct part. The part came broken and it took a month of my time to get Sears to re-order the part. Their customer care on my problem should be a case study on extremely poor customer service. The people who answer the phone are hard to understand and do not have a clue how to solve your problem if it involves a little bit of thinking. I have called several times only to get transferred between departments. A miserable experience overall! |
