| Hurricane Ridge Rules | My washing machine started making an intermittent grinding sound while running so I called A A Appliance. I was told it would be 89 for a diagnosis. When the repair man showed up it took him about 15 minutes to open my machine and pull out 2 coins that were causing the sound. He then charged me 150 for the “labor.” Apparently removing 2 coins is considered labor even though he had already opened the machine to diagnose the problem. He also ran my machine without the drain hose in the drain causing water to spray all over my laundry room. |
