Carlos Young did it all my himself, and he did an OUTSTANDING job. He ran in to a few problems along the way, but he handled them so well and left things better than before. He was thorough, honest, and respectful of our house. He took time to explain everything he did and why he did it and he even offered suggestions of ways to help save us money! In the end the price we paid was way less than the quote because Carlos quotes for worst case scenario. I'm so thankful that Carlos was the person who did the work for us! They work flat rate for a project, and the plan they had for our needs was overly complicated. We got 3 quotes for the same project from 3 companies, and the other 2 were very confused by the plan Korte laid out, and floored by the price. They were on time, and considerate of my needs, so I wouldn't necessarily vote them out of using them in the future, but definitely not with this project. |
