This company is really great and very responsive. I put in a service call to install my washer and they were very responsive and kept me updated on the status of the technician, Sydney, arriving. Once Sydney arrived he was very professional and kind and got the work done fairly quickly. Once the work was done I made the payment and received my receipt right away. I highly recommend them especially if you want the work done right and in a timely manner. They are great!

Angel was just as sweet as could be every time i spoke with her she always had a happy disposition it was just so refreshing. I'm very big on customer service being that i was in customer service for quite sometime myself so to come across someone with her great customer service skills made working with this company go by with a smile on my face. Sidney came out to work on my dishwasher and he was very professional his self. Also he was in uniform & it was neatly worn I.D. present and he was just very good in doing the repair being that I'm with total protect it did take about a week for him to return but speaking with Dwayne he let me know about the parts and provided me tracking numbers so i could be aware when my parts were due in which i loved by the way totally love this company and i truly hope they maintain the level of greatness i saw because if they do we will see them around for years to come thanks Super Appliance Man for everything you guys rock
