To get them to do anything you have to go through BBB of which they have an F rating or the Maine Attorny Generals office which they have had to get involved in several cases. If they aren't returning your phone calls you should file a complaint with the Attorny general so they don't steal your money too! |

When we do finally get ahold of them they take down our info and promise to fix it... but then nothing happens... so we try again... and again... now our tenants have been out of an oven for over a month.
