I bought a pair of washer and dryer from them not three weeks later the washer died. i called them left multiple message no return call, finally got ahold of someone who sent a guy out to try to fix it didn't work he said he'll come back and switch out the washer but he never came back! i just got off the phone with him again he states he is going to come. but i know he'll probably not show .i want a refund! this place is ridiculous worst customer service ever negative 5 stars |
