Perhaps you just like to entertain yourself by creating problems where none previously existed. Or, maybe you just don't understand the common courtesies expected of you, honesty, for example. It may be time for a refresher course. So, here's some advice: If you sold a product already-say so. If you don't want to sell something-don't list it on eBay and don't accept a deposit. Easy, huh? If there is a problem, answer your phone, return calls. Address the problem. Communicate!! You may not have heard this word before, but its called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Google it..you might learn something. It would save everyone involved lots of unnecessary trouble. As an added note, I advise you to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses and decide if a customer-oriented business is the appropriate place for you. |
