| Naomi Courtright | I purchased a front load washer from them for 400 nearly 1 year ago. Immediately, I noted the washer was very very loud and sounded unbalanced when spinning fast. They were able to balance the drum and it worked fine for a few months. Little by little, the problem returned and was back to being extremely loud when spinning after about 5-6 months. I called them back out to have it repaired when I could and they told me they can't balance it but they will discount me to buy another washer from them. It is a scam they use to get you to buy crap that doesn't work. Very unhappy. |
