Appliance Repair by Cristhian Shoe Repair in Southbury, Connecticut

I have brought many shoes to be repaired heels boots fabulous job excellent quality work. Till today I brought a vintage bag in briefcase to be repaired The lock had torn away. Cost me 42 there's some rubber material above the lock now. Was wasnot that when I brought it in . Lock was not replaced was just unscrewed, and the leather was kust stuffed in it and screwed back on. Spoke to owner who said the lock was changed and that's the reason for the defect when that's not true. They did not stand by their work nor the damage to the bag but charged me 42. I don't know if this is just their southbury branch I've used their bethel branch repeatedly this is my first time in southbury extremely disappointed and disheartened I thought I found a place to finally work on all of my leather needs. Poor customer service

Fabulous job, rescued boots that had moldered last summer in the damp. Fast, friendly service, and my boots look like new!
