The only way to verify if they had the parts before I drove 40 minutes was to call. My call was answered by an answering machine and I was informed they weren't open on Saturday, only Monday-Friday. I wonder how many other people have been underwhelmed by this level of service and miscommunication? |

So my final thought is repairmen on their own can make this decision so sad would seek repair service from alternate source. |
