2 year old refrigerator freezer compartment would no longer go lower that 15F. Couldn't maintain ice cream or ice pops. Lady at Karl's informed us that things they sell don't last as long as they used to. Told us that it would be 100 just to have a serviceman look at it. Service man called us and was very nice but said he had no idea...would just start replacing parts. Recommended replacing 2 parts for 100 on top of the 100 service charge for a total of 200 and couldn't promise it would be fixed.

Sold me a washing machine not telling it had "water" in it from the factory??? This morning it was -10 degrees. They did not tell me it would freeze and break the pump on my trip home. Told me they could send someone out next week to look at it, doesn't help when the kids need clean clothes this week. I had to help load it with a back problem because the sales lady wasn't strong enough to push it off the forklift. It doesn't say anything on the box or the instructions and a potential freeze warning. Sales staff was very helpful and pleasant when I wanted to spend money but very rude and unprofessional when I wanted a refund.

NO STARS!!! Don't shop here! They replaced our dishwasher which flooded the kitchen overnight. 2000 in damages and they "say" it was connected to a "corroded" line. You'd think a professional would let you know about the problem so you could get it fixed. Nope, just hooked up the dishwasher and walked away. Would you install a new tire on a ruined rim? Very dissatisfied.
