| Christopher Caputo | I can't believe that the exchange store for military personnel even deals with these guys my freezer broke down on november 14 it took these guys well over a week to schedule me even after i talked to them on the phone november 15 this guy comes out friday the 23 who wasn't at all real friendly said it was a fan and he has to order it then they called back friday the 30 which i missed his call so i called back the december 3 he came back out on tuesday 4 replaces the fan and yet i won't work i call back to tell them and get nothing but attitude and told to leave it plugged in until they can come out and see it again was told they are very busy and not sure if the can come out tomorrow ok maybe friday or definitely monday mean while don't unplug it ok not it's nonstop running so i finally talk to the boss and he said friday so they will try to figure it out then and at least another week before parts can be in so now i'm looking at the 14 before it's hopefully fix mean while i lost haft of a cow and everything else in the freezer and could really use the freezer being it's christmas season ok in short i would never use this company very unprofessional |
