| Sherry Massanelli | Disappointed with customer service. Strong Arm came and diagnosed a problem with my clothes dryer. The tech took everything completely apart and kinda rigged a temp solution which didn't work and proceeded to order the needed part. So in doing this the front part was disassembled twice which is now held together by tape! Tape was put on by tech. Now a few months later the exact same noise is back. Was told there was a year warranty. So we call and tell them of the noise and expressed concern of a service charge if they came back and said it was something else. We are 99 sure it is indeed the same issue but they refuse to come without charging another service charge. I'm wondering if it was a used part he replace it with since it didn't last and I'm down the money I spent to have it repaired. With this being said, I would not recommend their service and couldn't be more disappointed. I am on a fixed income and feel they should have at least came and listened to the problem. End result.....I have a dryer making the exact same noise and the front panel is now tapped together from taking it apart not once but twice. You can't make it good with me now Strong Arm so don't even try......done |
