Never more so than during this summer's heat wave when we were out of town and our dog sitter was caring for our seriously ill dog and the A/C Core element went out. It had to be sent from Charlotte and Jerry came out to install it on a Saturday so we wouldn't have the weekend without A/C in the oppressive heat.
