Barry was very informative and patient with my wife and I through our decision making process. Despite communicating by phone, he never pressed us to make a decision and was always willing to answer questions. He beat everyone's price when it came to KitchenAid and everything he had stated regarding the shipping process to the rebates came to fruition as he said it would. Nyra has also offered great post sales support and was willing to reach out to KitchenAid on our behalf to handle cosmetic issues we encountered. Overall purchasing from Plessers has proven to be a great experience for my family and I will recommend anyone in the market for appliances to give them a shot. |

All items came in timely except the range, which the manufacturer kept pushing out the availability date on. Even though Plesser's had no control, they could not have been any more accommodating, even offering a loaner range until our was available. Highly recommend them. |
