Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I bought a dishwasher and I've had nothing but problems with it and everyone from the manager of the store to the salesman doesn't care after the sale is made it becomes your problem. All they do is make excuses when something goes wrong with their appliances and blame you for it even when it's brand new. Pictures are what my dishes looked like after my first use of their "top of the line Bosch dishwasher" that left a white film on all my dishes that I had to throw out and just replace. This was also using rinse aid that they claim would solve the problem. Save your time, money, and headaches and go anywhere else!

I used to deal with Russ when he was there. He was always very helpful and honest. Trevor is the assistant manager there now and he is also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He is knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this place. The store manager Leon does a good job of making sure that his salespeople take care of the customers. I love this store!
